What are NdFeB magnets?
NdFeB (neodymium-iron-boron) magnets are the strongest common sintered rare-earth permanent magnets used in industry. Grades are labelled by energy product — for example N42 or N52 — roughly corresponding to MGOe. Arrowmatics Magnets supplies grades N35 through N52 for Malaysian factories and assemblers.
Is NdFeB N52 the strongest commercial grade?
Among widely stocked sintered NdFeB grades for general industry, N52 sits at the high end of the energy-product range (about 52 MGOe). Higher “N” numbers are stronger at room temperature but may have lower maximum operating temperature than specialty high-temp grades (e.g. H, SH, UH suffixes).
