What are magnetic separators?

Bullet magnets Pipeline / pneumatic
A tapered magnet core in a pipe housing for pneumatic or gravity product lines. Captures tramp metal without large pressure drop when sized correctly. Common in plastics compounding and powder transfer.
Drawer magnets Multi-row / hopper
Pull-out drawer with one or more rows of magnetic tubes under hoppers or before extruders. Good for higher throughput and staged capture. Food-grade and industrial builds available.
Magnetic pulleys Conveyor head
Replace or supplement the head pulley on a belt conveyor so ferrous is discharged below while non-magnetic product continues. Used in recycling, aggregates and scrap sorting.
Plate magnets Chute / suspended
